The finishing hole is really tough.I've scored par on it only once (I'm a 14 hdcp). Bring your "slope game" as there are frequent uneven lies. Its a cliche, but your likely to use every club in your bag s not all grip it and rip it. The flow of the holes from "easy" opening hole, through short par 3s, to long par 5s (9 is a bear) is an ideal mix, often with hard holes followed by easier holes. The starters on the other hand have always been really helpful. The pro shop guys aren't the warmest and welcoming sort that you would find.but certainly not rude.
